Experience: I have worked at a specialty eating disorder clinic, in community mental health, on a Native American reservation, in K-12 schools, as a college counselor, and in private practice in Seattle, WA. I have worked with folks of all ages with a very wide breadth of issues.

Education and Training: I hold a masters degree in Psychology from Antioch University Seattle - Couple and Family Therapy program and I earned my BA in Liberal Arts from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. I have a systemic perspective in my work, we are all a part of bigger webs, both historical and present. I utilize an attachment framework, believing in the healing power of good connections to other people and that our histories are significant and have shaped how we interact with the world.

Personal: I grew up in Pittsburgh and Oberlin OH as a part of a large family. I was able to meander my way through my twenties living in several states doing random jobs, like driving cab, working on vegetable farm, doing case management, and working in a group home before making my way to Seattle for grad school. I love the Pacific Northwest, but after about 10 years out west my heart brought me back to Ohio to raise my family with Molly and our daughters. I love being a father, spending time outdoors, tinkering with electronics and 3D printing, and reading.
