Molly Simkins Sluk

Experience: I work in private practice in Cleveland Heights, OH. Prior to working in Cleveland, I worked in private practice in Seattle, WA for several years. I specialize in working with couples using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). I assist in facilitating Hold Me Tight couples retreats both virtually and in-person with a team of fantastic EFCT providers.

Education and Training: I earned my Masters of Arts in Psychology from Antioch University Seattle's School of Applied Psychology. My degree specializations were in Couple and Family Therapy and Art Therapy.  I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Art Therapy from Edgewood College in Madison, WI. I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. 

Personal: I grew up in rural Wisconsin in a family that enjoys outdoor adventures including white water canoeing, camping, and skiing.  I enjoyed the beauty of the Pacific Northwest for over a decade and met Peter while living and studying in Seattle, WA. Family called us home to the Midwest, and I have grown to love Cleveland as well. My favorite days are ones spent with my husband and children either taking adventures around Northeast Ohio or relaxing at home reading or crafting with my family.
